Recalibrate’s founder, Gena Cotton, received her MBA from The College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business. She also attained her Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and her Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the same institution.  Gena is an International Coaching Federation member.
